My purchases have been very good and have run as expected with fast delivery of the tyres ordered until my previous attempt to order these tyres. The wrong tyres were delivered, which is a mistake that can easily happen. These were returned successfully and I was refunded just about within a month of the purchase being made. I was told that the tyres were out of stock when I asked via email to have the correct tyres sent rather than having the order cancelled and refunded (Especially because the price had gone up slightly since I made my original order). The website listed the tyres as being in stock at all times during this period. I also requested a call back on this subject twice and have received no communication by phone at all. Also by bundling your survey into a spamming exercise, you're preventing yourselves from getting information from customers like myself who are not interested in having details sent to other companies but are happy to provide extra information to companies they choose to deal with.
