Complaints

If for any reason you are unhappy with the service we provide please contact us on 0818000052 or you can e-mail us at eiretyres@delti.com. Complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days. On receiving your complaint, along with the acknowledgment, we'll tell you how long we expect to take to resolve your problem and will keep you informed about the progress we are making. All complaints are dealt with effectively, fairly and in complete confidence.

Complaint procedure: The European Commission will soon be providing a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR). The link will be posted here as soon as the platform exists.
