Good site, easy to use, good prices. Will point out though that I noticed that the garages where you can get the tyres fitted, their addresses are all wrong... wrong counties with towns etc. This whole section needs to be investigated as not much use the way it is.

I placed an order for tyres previous to this on behalf of my brother. After 6 working days I had not recieved the tyres or an expected delivery date e-mail. When I e-mailed to question this I was told by Mr Adrian Schiopu that my order wasn't processed as my method of payment was bank transfer. This didn't make sence as I had supplied a credit card number. Therefore I phoned the company and spoke to a very helpfull woman who was now able to tell me that the card didn't get authorised. So I gave her the card details again and the authorisation worked. The point I am trying to make is, why didn't someone contact me the day the card authorisation failed to see if made a mistake filling in the form online or something. To me it would seem the logical thing to do. This all refers to RD 2345386.

I understood from your web site I could pay by deit card. I went through whole system and clicked the alternative to Credit Card\payment thinking this would be some debit card system. T It was not. I had to place my order again and pay by Credit Card. I presume my first order will not be acted on as I did not arrange payment to the account mentioned.
