The recently launched third-generation Korean tyre is successfully taking over from its predecessor, the Winguard Snow G WH2. The developers have retained the directional pattern of the new generation tyres but have invested significant effort into its optimization. The winter tyre, Nexen Winguard Snow G 3, is adapted to European roads and the corresponding weather and climatic conditions.

The structure of the Nexen Winguard Snow G3 tyre combines the most successful technical solutions and the most productive technologies, some of which are highlighted below:

• Extended Shoulder Block: The extended shoulder area enhances shoulder strength, stabilizing the response to maneuvering on ice and snow. The 45% wider surface in the shoulder contact zones provides even greater maneuvering stability.
• Adjusted Semi-Groove: The semi-groove on the shoulder and center maximizes snow traction.
• Multiple Center and Shoulder Sipe Structure: Applying different sipe structures between the center and shoulder areas improves grip performance.
• Ideal Lateral Groove Design: The Cycloid Spiral Helix design on the Lateral Groove maximizes water drainage and improves ice and snow performance. Spiraling meltwater and watery muddy snow will now leave the contact areas of the tyre even faster, contributing to good braking and traction performance and a reliable acceleration response.
• Durable and Heat-Resistant Rubber Material: Ensures longevity and consistent performance in various conditions.
