5 YEARS FALKEN WARRANTY

With the warranty from Falken Tyre Europe GmbH, we offer you a credit for product defects for a period of five years, depending on the remaining tread depth.

If a manufacturing or material defect, or even everyday, normal usage leads to irreparable damage, you will receive a percentage credit or alternatively a Falken replacement tire depending on the remaining tread depth or age of the tire.

Included are all Falken brand tires that you purchased from us.

The warranty begins on the purchase date, verified by the invoice.

The warranty expires after five years, or if the tread depth in any of the main tread grooves is less than 2mm, or if the tire is over eight years old.

Subsequently, eiretyres.com will inform you about your warranty claims.

Exclusion

Please note that the warranty does not cover tire damage caused by accidents, vandalism, fire, force majeure, and improper or unauthorized use.

The warranty also does not apply to damages caused by installation errors.
