5 YEARS FALKEN WARRANTY

With the warranty from Falken Tyre Europe GmbH, we offer you a credit for product defects for a period of five years, depending on the remaining tread depth.

Start of guarantee is the sale (proof of purchase) or the production date according to the DOT Tyre Identification Number (where an invoice is not available).

The guarantee ends after a period of five years if the tread depth in one of the main circumferential tread grooves is less than 2 mm or if the tyre age exceeds eight years.

Included are all Falken tires that you purchased from us.

Compensation in the form of a percentage credit or alternatively replacement tyres if the remaining tread depth is greater than 90%.

Condition:

If a manufacturing or material defect, or even everyday, normal usage leads to irreparable damage, you will receive a percentage credit or alternatively a Falken replacement tire depending on the remaining tread depth or age of the tire.

Excluded are all claims where the cause is related to improper usage (e.g. incorrect inflation pressure, overloading, use outside the conditions specified for this product, incorrect axle alignments, incorrect fitting, use in races/rallies), abuse (e.g. vandalism, theft) or external mechanical damage (e.g. impact damage). Repaired or retreaded tyres as well as all claims with regard to premature or irregular wear are also excluded.

This guarantee does not affect the statutory rights of consumers (liability for defects). The guarantor is Falken Tyre Europe GmbH
