Tyre Fitting

As the customer, do I have to inform the fitting station that my tyres will be arriving?
Our fitting station partners are automatically informed by us when your tyres leave our warehouse. However, it is important to click on the delivery option, “Deliver to a fitting station partner” during the order process. To be on the safe side, we would recommend that you also contact the fitting station yourself to inform them to expect a tyre delivery from eiretyres.com and confirm the tyre fitting. At the same time, you can arrange an exact date and time for the tyre fitting.
Can I have my tyres delivered to any fitting station partner?
In principle you can have your tyres delivered to any one of our fitting station partners. If for any reason this is not possible, this will be pointed out on our website.
How do I find my nearest fitting station?
All you need to do is click on Search for fitting station, enter your postcode, town/city or dialling code and you’ll be presented with a list of fitting stations in your area.

I can’t seem to find a fitting station partner in my area but I don’t want the tyres delivered to my home address. Can you help?
If you have another local garage where you would like to have your tyres fitted or if you wish to have the tyres sent to another private address, we can of course send the tyres to a location of your choice. The invoice address does not need to match the delivery address. You will, however, then need to inform your local garage (or other location) to expect the delivery, as we only contact our designated fitting station partners for you.
Who can fit the tyres for me?
We have an extensive network of fitting station partners all over the country. You can have your tyres sent directly to one of them. When ordering the tyres, simply choose a garage in your area and call them to arrange a suitable date for fitting.
